| Requirements/Skills: | Ability to use your personal vehicle for work when needed. Valid Driver's License and proof of unexpired vehicle insurance. Demonstrate knowledge of necessary trade skills including, but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliances, and drywall repair, and knowledge of tools and equipment necessary to perform those trade skills. |
