Instructions For Your Application
Please call the Rental Office first to confirm availability and schedule an appointment to drop off your application at the community you are applying for. At the time of applying, you will need to bring a government issued photo ID, a check or money order for the application fee and a separate check or money order for the deposit. Please make sure the application is complete with no blank spaces. To expedite processing, also bring 2 of your most recent pay stubs and/or appropriate documents to verify income. Please remember apartments are available on a first come basis. If you have any questions, contact the apartment community you are applying for (not the Royal T Management corporate office).
